Initial Registration
1. When you launch TigerMail for the first time, you will be presented with a Terms & Conditions page. Please read the page and click "Accept" if you agree with the page.
2. Then you will be prompted to enter your email. Make sure you can access your email as it will verify your email address before using the application. The first part of "Your email" field will be used as your name to present to the receiving person.
3. After registration, you should receive a confirmation email with a link in the email. Please click on the link (or copy it to a browser) to confirm it is your email address. You are now a TigerMail user.
4. Please go to the TigerMail application and start using the application.
Note: If you can't immediately see the confirmation email, please check your Junk E-mail folder first. If you still have an issue getting the email, please go to the TigerMail application, click on "Register", and check your verification email again.
Sending TigerMail Messages
1. Please ensure that the receiving person has installed and registered the TigerMail application. If the intended receiver does not have TigerMail installed, they will be prompted via a regular email message to obtain it.
2. Type in the receiving person's TigerMail email address, or click on the blue button (beside the textbox) on the screen (available in the Pro version) to select your contact’s name. The contact list is retrieved from the standard iPhone / iPod contact list. If there is more than one email address for the receiving person, please make sure to select the one registered with TigerMail.
3. Type in your message. There is no limit to the message size, but due to the brevity of the dissolve rates, the recommendation is to keep the messages short. You can use the landscape keyboard in post view by turning your iPhone 90°.
4. The default dissolving time (how fast the message disappears) is 5 seconds, and the dissolving type (the way message disappears) is Sliding. You can adjust both the time and dissolving type (available in Pro version) by pressing the option button (in top right corner). Please follow the instructions on the screen.
5. Finally, click the "Send" button, and DONE!
Note: Unlike regular SMS text messaging, there is no limit to the number of messages that can be transmitted. If the intended use is more similar to SMS text messaging, then choose "No dissolve" as the dissolve time.
Receiving TigerMail Messages
1. Receiving messages is easy! You will receive a message notification, along with an alerting sound.
2. Click "View" and it will bring you to the TigerMail Message Inbox screen.
3. Click on the message that you would like to view. They are ordered chronologically, and are date and time-stamped. Now, please pay attention to the next step.....
4. PLEASE READ THE MESSAGE QUICKLY. Depending on the settings from the sender, the message will disappear gradually, and destroy itself completely. There will be no chance to read it again, nor trace it.
5. You can reply to the sender with your own TigerMail message, or go back to the Message Inbox to read other messages.
Adjust the Default Settings
In the iPhone / iPod Touch home screen, choose "Settings", and select the TigerMail icon. The default settings of TigerMail can be selected from here (available in the Pro version). Change the settings by tapping the options.

Under "Settings", choose "Notifications". The default message notification settings of TigerMail can be selected from here. Change the settings by tapping the options.
